Welcome to FOLD & FAR. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to FOLD & FAR. We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services.

FOLD & FAR is powered by Shopify, which helps us provide these services to you. These Terms of Service, together with our other store policies, describe your rights and responsibilities when using our store.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully. By visiting, interacting with, or using our store, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, which is available through the policy links in our store footer. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use or access our store.

When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the selected products. FOLD & FAR may accept, decline, change, or cancel an order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, payment problems, or suspected fraud.

Your order is accepted only after payment is processed and we confirm the order. If we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to contact you using the information provided at checkout.

Purchases are subject to our Returns and Refunds Policy. You agree that products are purchased for personal or household use and not for unauthorized resale.

SECTION 4 — PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged is the price shown at the time your order is placed and will appear in your order confirmation.

Unless stated otherwise, prices may not include taxes or charges imposed by your payment provider, government authority, customs service, or other third party.

You agree to provide accurate and complete payment and account information. You authorize us to charge the payment method provided for the total amount of your order, including applicable shipping charges and taxes.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently offer free standard shipping to the United States. Shipping to other countries is not available at this time.

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 days. After dispatch, estimated delivery is 5–11 days. These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather, or other circumstances.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, incorrect addresses, or events outside our reasonable control. Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout when it becomes available.

SECTION 6 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our store, including its name, logo, text, images, graphics, product information, videos, audio, design, and arrangement, is owned by FOLD & FAR or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use our store for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, publish, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

FOLD & FAR names, logos, product names, designs, and slogans may not be used without permission. Shopify names, logos, and trademarks belong to Shopify. Other trademarks belong to their respective owners.

We may provide access to tools or services operated by third parties. We do not control or monitor those third-party tools.

Third-party tools are provided as available and may be subject to the third party’s own terms. You use those tools at your own risk.

SECTION 9 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

FOLD & FAR is powered by Shopify. Sales and purchases made through our store are made directly between you and FOLD & FAR.

Shopify is not responsible for the products, orders, shipping, returns, refunds, or other transactions between you and FOLD & FAR, except where required by law.

Personal information collected through our store is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which is available through the policy links in our store footer.

Because our store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify and service providers may process information to operate, secure, and improve the store. Information submitted through the store may be transmitted to service providers in other countries when needed to provide store services.

SECTION 19 — WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT

If we do not enforce a provision of these Terms immediately, that does not mean we waive our right to enforce it later.

These Terms, together with the policies linked in our store, form the agreement between you and FOLD & FAR regarding your use of the store.

You may not transfer your rights or responsibilities under these Terms without our written permission. We may transfer or assign these Terms when necessary to operate or reorganize our business.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in The Bahamas. You and FOLD & FAR agree that disputes may be handled by a court with proper jurisdiction over FOLD & FAR, subject to any rights that cannot legally be waived.
