Refund policy

Returns and refunds

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. To request a return, email rominstrose3@gmail.com with your order number and reason before sending anything back. We will provide the return address and instructions.

For a change-of-mind or incorrect-order return, the customer is responsible for return shipping. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with photos and we will provide the next steps.

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns.
